Dennis’s career began in the real estate sector, where he rose to become CEO of Greater Tampa Realtors®. There, he spearheaded transformative initiatives, driving 140% membership growth, optimizing $14M+ budgets, and enhancing operational efficiencies with a focus on inclusive leadership. These efforts earned recognition as Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” (2020) and induction into the Realtors® Political Action Hall of Fame (2019).

In 2022, transitioning from his CEO role, Dennis established MAC to leverage this expertise in an advisory capacity during his career transition. Since then, MAC has supported a range of clients from startups to established organizations by offering strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership development.
